What's inside

A short list. Nothing to hide.

In plain words

  • Shea butter the body of the whip — rich and slow to sink in
  • Coconut oil melts the moment it touches skin
  • Raw Jersey milk from Mona, milked the morning of the whip

Whipped slowly until light — no fillers, and nothing synthetic along the way. Because this is a leave-on product, the finished formula and its shelf life are confirmed with our advisors before every run.

On the label — INCI

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Lac (Raw Jersey Milk).

The final ingredient list is printed on every jar, in descending order by weight.

In use

Kept well, it stays light.

A little, warmed first

Scoop a small amount with dry fingertips and warm it between your palms for a moment. It melts on contact and spreads much further than a cream.

Best on just-dried skin

Smooth it on straight after the shower, while skin is still slightly damp — elbows, knees, hands, anywhere that asks for it.

Keep it cool, keep it dry

Whipped butter softens above about 25 °C — keep the jar out of the sun, and keep water out of it by using dry fingertips. It will hold its whip.

How it's made

Questions

Asked, answered.

How is it different from a lotion?

A lotion is mostly water; this is butters, oils and Mona’s milk, whipped until light. It is richer and more concentrated, so a small amount covers more than you would expect — one jar goes a long way.

When is the best time to use it?

Just after the shower, while skin is still slightly damp. Warm a small scoop between your palms and smooth it on — it melts on contact.

Will it survive an Australian summer?

Whipped butter softens in heat and can melt above roughly 25 °C. Keep the jar somewhere cool and out of the sun. If it does melt and re-set, the whip settles into a denser cream — the butter itself is unchanged and fine to use.

Is the full ingredient list available?

Yes — printed on every jar and listed on this page, in descending order by weight. If your skin reacts easily, patch-test on a small area first.

When will my order ship?

The first run ships Australia-wide from the Hawkesbury in Spring 2026, alongside soap Batch № 001. Join the curing list and we’ll email you once, the day it’s ready.
