The short version
We ship Australia-wide, and only within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Every parcel is tracked, packed in paper, and posted from the Hawkesbury, NSW.
Batch № 001 is still curing — the first orders ship in Spring 2026.
01Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in Australia that Australia Post reaches, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. We do not ship internationally for now — small batches first, one country at a time.
02What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your order. You will always see the exact cost before you pay.
03When your order leaves
Everything we make cures or rests before it travels. While Batch № 001 is in the making, orders are pre-orders: they ship in Spring 2026, in the order they were placed, and we email you the day yours is posted.
Once the shop is trading normally, orders leave the workshop within 3 business days.
04How long it takes
Parcels travel with Australia Post. As a guide only — Sydney and NSW usually arrive within a few business days; other metro areas within about a week; regional and remote addresses can take longer. Your tracking link will show the live estimate for your address.
05A note on warm weather
Soap travels well in any season. Whipped body butter and lip balm can soften in transit during hot spells — that is the nature of butters and beeswax, not a fault. If a jar arrives softened, let it settle somewhere cool; the product is unchanged and fine to use. In the height of summer we may hold butter and balm orders for a cooler posting day, and we will tell you if we do.
06Tracking
Every order is tracked. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking stalls or a parcel seems lost, write to us and we will chase it with Australia Post on your behalf.
07Addresses and missed deliveries
Please check your address carefully at checkout — we pack to the address you give us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or it went unclaimed, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery; re-posting costs may apply.
08Packaging
Paper wrap, paper tape, paper post — no plastic and no filler. The parcel is compostable or recyclable kerbside, tissue and all.
